Will you have different types of boxes?
We are always working on developing new gift box ideas. If you have any suggestions, please let us know!
Can I include a message?
All boxes include a hand-written message on a custom designed card. You can provide us with your personalized message at check out, or request to leave the card blank if you'd prefer to fill it out yourself.
Can I customize a box?
We love a little bit of creativity! If you would like to customize a box based on our existing products, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to create the perfect gift.
What is the shipping method?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post standard shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping and processing will typically take 5 - 7 days. If you need your package sooner, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help.
Pick up is also an option for orders in the Ottawa area. You can select the pick up option at check out.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in Canada and the United States. If you really love our boxes but don't live in either of these countries, get in touch with us and we will work with you to come up with a solution!
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat rate fee of $15 anywhere within Canada.
For orders to the U.S., contact us for a custom shipping quote.
What is your return policy?
At this time, we do not offer any returns.
